Platforms are chosen because they're the right and right-sized tool for the job — reliable, functional, and fit for purpose. Open source where it makes sense. Commercial where it's the better answer. No preferred vendor relationships, no reseller margins, no certifications that require recommending a particular product.

Infrastructure that only works because one person remembers how it was set up is a liability. Everything TAPCAVE builds is designed so that any competent engineer can understand, operate, and extend it — even if they weren't involved from the start.
Complete documentation, always
When the work is done, you have everything — operational playbooks, network diagrams, change logs, credentials in your password manager. You hired us to do a job, not to babysit our own quality control.
